Kill -9 Club is a bilingual learning platform for Linux server administration, from your first terminal to running a production server.
What subjects do the courses cover?
The courses cover Ubuntu Server, Linux, networking, security, ISPConfig, backups, Docker, PostgreSQL, and hosting React, Node.js, and Next.js applications.
Do the labs execute the commands I enter?
No. The labs compare the command you enter with the expected command, but nothing is executed on a server or on your device.
Are the courses available in French and English?
Yes. Every course is authored in both languages, with separate URLs for each version.
How can I tell whether an instruction is still current?
Each lesson displays the date when its technical content was last checked, so you can judge whether the instructions still apply to your release.
Do I need my own server to use the platform?
Not for the built-in exercises: they do not execute commands. Applying the procedures to a real server is a separate step and should be done with the precautions stated in the courses.
